While MedLead Solutions provide an infrastructure for efficient storage, retrieval and distribution of health information, making medical and/or legal determinations on disclosure, sharing and distribution of information is solely the responsibility of Customers, Users and their advisors.

Security
Medical Data Technologies incorporates industry-standard technical safeguards with employee policies to help prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Information under our control. Only authorized MedLead Solutions employees, agents or independent contractors are permitted to access Personal Information, and all such employees, agents and independent contractors must agree in writing to abide by MedLead solutions Privacy Policy. Those who violate the Privacy Policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The company employs strict security measures to safeguard online transactions; Personal Information is stored in secured systems and is always encrypted when sent via Internet channels.

Access
Access to health information and patient records will be strictly controlled by a series of passwords, authentication devices and PIN numbers, issued to individual Users. It is the responsibility of each User to maintain secrecy of passwords, PIN numbers and other security measures at all times to prevent unauthorized use and access. Customers and User shall indemnify MedLead Solutions from and against all liability, loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of Users' password, PIN number, and/or authentication device, unless such unauthorized use is solely attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the company’s affiliations.

Disclosure
All Personal Information contained within payment processing or e-health transactions provided to entities affiliated with MedLead Solutions will be treated in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. MedLead Solutions will not disclose to unaffiliated companies any Personal Information about our visitors and customers. MedLead Solutions will consider, and may release, Aggregate information that does not allow the individuals to be identified or contacted to third parties to comply with law or to protect the rights, property or safety of MedLead Solutions and our customers.

Cookies/IP Addresses
